These ten work-day survival tips will help you prepare for a long, happy, and healthy life. First, I want to share with you some supercharged food that will have you pumped up every day of the week. My favorite supercharged food is called Pho Broth and it comes in a delicious soup that I absolutely love. This soup is perfect for any occasion and I hope that my story can help you get the incredible benefits of this powerful food.

If you are like me, when the going gets tough, your appetite might not be as big as it should be. That is when you need a meal that pumps up your energy levels. The great thing about Pho Broth soup is that it is loaded with vegetables. Vegetables are essential to a good diet because they provide necessary nutrients that we need everyday. In this soup, you will discover some of my favorite vegetables that will help boost your energy level.

Cucumbers are my favorite vegetable to include. They are small and very easy to incorporate into my Pho Broth. The best vegetables to include are dark-skinned potatoes. They have a somewhat sweet flavor that is excellent with the creamy and slightly spicy Pho broth. You can also puree the vegetables with some pasta or another type of starch such as rice.

On this meal, I am including green beans. These little guys are packed with nutrients and you can easily add them into the mix of your Pho broth. I love how these little guys retain their shape and stay full while providing you with an important nutrient known as protein. Whey is one of the best sources of protein that you can find in vegetables.

If you are trying to lose weight, then adding some lentils to your diet can be an excellent idea. You can find many different lentil recipes in various cookbooks or online. In this soup, I chose to use split peas along with red and green beans for my protein sources. You can always feel free to substitute any other vegetables that work well with your taste and your goals for this day.

If you are looking for a nice way to get your veggies into the soup, then you might want to consider carrots. Carrots are a very underrated vegetable. They are small and yellow in color but they pack a lot of nutritional value. You can grate them into a meatball when cooking your soups or you can mash them up and add them to the dish later on. Either way, you are sure to please your taste buds.

Last but not least, when cooking this soup, be sure to add in some fresh herbs and spices. You can get a variety of different herbs and spices, such as basil, parsley, oregano, cilantro and more. All of these spices and herbs provide an awesome aroma and flavor to the soup. You will surely be able to get all of your favorite flavors when blending this soup together.

Hopefully these survival tips will help you to create your own delicious soup. No matter how you decide to blend your lentil soup, you will definitely want to follow the instructions included in the recipe. If you can follow them closely, then you should have absolutely no problem getting your body fully satisfied from this.

To make the soup, you will first need to bring water to a boil. You should use two cups of water for every quart of pasta. Drain the pasta and break it into large chunks. Add these chunks to the boiling water, along with a tablespoon of salt and a quarter cup of dried porcini mushrooms.

Once you have added all of these items to your boiling water, cover the pot and let it simmer for about twenty minutes. You can monitor the progress of the soup by adding a spoon as it simmers. Once the mushrooms are done curling, remove them from the liquid and set them aside. Now you will want to gather your lentils. The ten work-day survival tips listed above are designed to prepare you for disaster, so be sure that you take the necessary steps to prepare yourself for a rough day at work.

You should also take a multi-vitamin with an extra vitamin each and drink at least eight glasses of water per day. On days where you do not eat much food, eat your six small meals throughout the day. If you are eating large meals, eat them sparingly. In addition to food, you should also fill up on liquids like water, soup, coffee, tea, soda and juice. If you take these survival tips seriously, you should find that you can survive a week or two without much human interaction. If you find that you still need help, get some additional outside help by asking a friend or neighbor for assistance.
