Are you heading out for finals? Well then, here are some last minute finals week survival tips to help you beat any stress that might come your way! This is the week where all the work gets done and there’s nothing left to do but have fun. For some people this means partying all night, for others it means getting a tan and getting a lot of sleep. We know one thing though – we all need a break from the pressure of exams!

So, what should you pack? Well, obviously, you don’t want anything heavy. You’ll need to bring along some nice clothes, some deodorant and some make-up, to give yourself a little boost. There’s no point in looking like a clown if you can’t even get through an exam!

Pack some tissues to wipe your face after answering the question you don’t want to be asked. I usually fold a couple of them up in my hand and put them in my pocket. I know some students keep a tissue box at home so you can take a quick snip of it on exam time! Don’t forget your flip flops and sandals.

Another one of my finals week survival tips is to stay hydrated. Water will help with your mental clarity, but you’ll also find that your body will feel much better too. Drink plenty of water to prevent you from becoming dehydrated and cause yourself discomfort. That goes for any sports you’re involved in. The more water you drink, the better you will feel. If you need to gain weight or muscle mass, then you may want to increase your water intake.

Other week survival tips are to avoid caffeine if possible, as it will really make everything just that much harder. Caffeine can really spike your blood pressure and make you sluggish, which is the last thing you want on test day. Also avoid sugar and alcohol, as these also contribute to being sluggish. The more fuel you have the faster you can go and stay focused on your exam.

Make sure you eat many small meals throughout the day. This helps keep your stomach full so that you have fewer cravings and can stick with the plan. You should also make sure that you snack between meals. You don’t have to eat an entire meal; just a snack here and there will do wonders for your energy level. When choosing your food, try to choose foods that contain complex carbohydrates like whole grains and protein. Stay away from simple carbohydrates such as white bread, rice, and pasta.

Don’t overanalyze this process. Stress does not help you pass your test and studying too much will wear you down. Take one step at a time and work hard, but don’t give up. You will get through this test.

If you follow these tips you will be able to pass your exam. Keep in mind that while these may be great finals survival tips, they are only a piece of the puzzle. The real key to success is finding a study schedule and learning how to pace yourself. These tips work, but if you can combine them with the proper studying skills and learn how to study smart, then you’ll have no problem passing the test.

Another option you have is taking practice tests. These tests will show you what questions are going to come on the test. This will help you prepare for the actual test a lot better. It’s like any other type of test, you study and practice, then when it comes time to take the test, you’ll be ready.

Some tips will require you to take extra notes while others will tell you to do your best and not write down everything. That’s okay. You’ll still be able to get good grades and you’ll still be able to pass the test. Just make sure that you take extra notes so that you’ll be able to remember important information that will help you get good grades. The last thing you want to do is forget everything you read and write down the wrong things.

One last tip is to look online for test prep guides. These will help you learn more about the format of the test and will help you study properly. There are also websites that will give you tips for taking the test as well. All in all, you can find all of this information in a review website. These are just some of the best test week survival tips that you can find on the internet.
