Fifth, you need to get the flu shot. Even if you have been to the doctor and were given an all-round flu shot, it doesn’t mean that you are safe from spreading the flu to other people. So learn how to survive epidemics by being vaccinated. Get vaccinated as soon as possible. Learn what days these vaccinations are offered depending on where you live and when the flu season starts.
Sixth, eat healthy and exercise. These are the two things you can do on your own. You may feel like you don’t want to be around people when you have these diseases, but it is important that you do get out and move around. Exercise will keep your body healthy, while eating healthy will keep your immune system strong. Together, these two things will help you live a long and happy life.
Finally, stay healthy. Stay away from illnesses. If you know someone who has an illness or you are simply worried about getting sick, take care of yourself. Make sure that your immune system is strong, your heart is healthy, and that you eat right so that you know how to survive epidemics.
