The second step to turning your life into what you want it to be with six easy steps to developing a natural spring back into your life is to identify your “sixth sense.” Your sixth sense is an intangible inner knowing or sense, which enables you to tune into your life and enjoy the rewards, such as peace, beauty, creativity, clarity, health and happiness. Once you know what your sixth sense is, you can begin using it to unlock your intuition and creativity. The third and fourth steps in this series provide you with a series of affirmations and statements that will center your mind and promote self-awareness. You’ll also learn how to visualize using affirmations, which will give you the courage and confidence necessary to face the challenges that may come from integrating your new beliefs into your life.

The final two steps in this series focus on lifestyle and diet choices that will support and improve your overall health and well-being. In part one, you’ll learn how to eat foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, protein, magnesium, zinc, and potassium. To help increase the amount of energy and vitality that your body receives through the foods that you eat, you’ll want to eat foods rich in carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats, which can be found in fish, nuts, beans, seeds, and whole grains. Again, to help activate your natural healing abilities, you’ll want to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day.

You’ll learn in part two how to support your physical health and well-being. One of the primary benefits of developing a natural spring back into your life is that it’s good for your joints, and it improves your posture. Another important benefit of this part of the program is learning how to reduce the number, and quality, of your common illnesses and ailments. In part one, you’ll learn the importance of getting plenty of rest and relaxation. Getting plenty of rest and relaxation (which includes time to yourself) is an important part of improving your health.

Thirdly, when you have a sickness or a disease, you need to take an honest look at your diet and your life. You need to determine what changes will make a difference to your health and well-being. Then, make a commitment to make those changes. You don’t want to make these changes gradually – a sudden shift in your diet and lifestyle can have unexpected and unpleasant consequences on your body. You’ll also find that the effects of your natural healing will be even more dramatic if you make your dietary and fitness changes gradually over time instead of all at once.

Fourth, to help you get a natural spring back into your body, you’ll need to keep your physical activities to a minimum. This doesn’t mean that you should ignore exercise altogether. Exercising helps to keep your muscles conditioned so they’ll become stronger and more flexible. It also helps to improve your blood circulation, so you’ll be better able to use the oxygen in your cells.

Fifth, to get a natural spring back into your body, you’ll need to keep your heart healthy. You’ve probably heard that your heart is your body’s largest muscle. Part of keeping your heart healthy is exercising regularly. Get at least thirty minutes of exercise each day, but preferably more. You can increase your exercise by using an exercise program such as “The heartbeat master.” These programs help you learn the right way to use your heart to exercise properly.
