There is no doubt that Christmas is a wonderful time of the year for everyone but if you happen to be among the millions of Americans not celebrating this traditional holiday, then you are certainly missing out. That is why I wrote this article to help you enjoy Christmas as much as anyone else without having to worry about the holidays. This is the 21 Day Fix which is my gift to you as a friend. Here are a few Christmas survival tips that you can use as a guideline throughout the holiday season.

If you are looking for a gift to give to someone you love this would be a good time to make one. It can be a gift for mom, dad, sister or brother, or a gift for the entire family. A gift card to your favorite restaurant is always appreciated as well as a bottle of wine, after dinner drink or a basket of goodies for the holidays.

The food you prepare should be simple and healthy. It should also be something you enjoy making. If you do not know how to make food on your own, do not worry as you can find plenty of cookbooks or websites online that will help you with this task. You just need to have someone make a recipe that you enjoy and then take it and modify it as necessary.

Make sure that you stock up on fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are the most popular holiday foods. They are easy to make as well as enjoyable to eat. If you don’t feel like making a meal, you can always buy food at the store that is already prepared. It is also nice to check out local farmer’s markets when in town because you are sure to find fresh fruits and veggies.

If you are a fan of cheese then you can also make some great homemade recipes using this ingredient. If you are not very good at creating recipes then perhaps enlist the help of someone else. Just be sure to give them credit for the creation of the recipe. You can also learn to make some yummy fruit cheese by grinding up fresh strawberries and adding some simple sugar. You can let this mixture stand in the refrigerator overnight and then bake the breakfast cereal for an extra special treat.

You may have heard many different survival tips and holiday survival tips over the years. You should incorporate some of these ideas into your daily life. For example, instead of drinking cold drinks, drink hot beverages. You should make sure you have some fresh juices in your fridge too. Fresh juices are a great way to get lots of vitamin C which will help to fight off those cold symptoms.

Get rid of all the junk that you have been storing around your home. This includes old holiday decorations such as tinsel, plastic ornaments, decorations from years ago and even holiday ornaments from Christmas past. If you do not use them for one year, then make sure you hang them up before putting them away. You can wash them in bleach and get them sparkling clean. The last thing you want is mold growing in your home after the holidays.

Many of these recipes can be found right on the 21 Day Fix website. You can also learn how to make a variety of different kinds of soup. The recipes can easily be found on the site as well. You can make some wonderful soups like deviled eggs and black forest coffee. If you need to add more ingredients to the soup or make changes, then you can easily find new recipes that you can use.
